Yes. We are located directly next to the airline terminal at Richland Aviation

 

What are the mileage charges?

With the day rate of your selected vehicle, you will get 100 miles per night. Anything extra is $.35/mile

Can I drive to Canada?

Sorry, we do not allow international travel.

How do I pay for my rental?

Payment for rental is collected at time of reservation.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is a 12% cancellation fee of deposit.

Do you do pickups?

Occasionally, depending on the circumstance. Give us a call to check for availability.

I want to rent a car, but might not be the only driver-what do I do?

All drivers must sign the rental contract at time of pick-up.

Are there any additional charges?

The state of Montana has a 4% tax on all rentals which will be included in your deposit.

I'm in a hurry to get on my flight and don't have time to get fuel, will I be charged?

Yes-any fuel that needs to be replaced will be charged on the same credit card as the deposit.

Do you have any vehicles I can use for towing?

No, our trucks cannot be used for hauling trailers, boats, campers, etc.

​

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

Sorry, absolutely no pets will be allowed in our vehicles-a cleaning fee will apply if pet hair is discovered.

No smoking will be allowed in vehicles, including e-cigarettes or vape pens - cleaning fees will be charged to the credit card provided if smoking is suspected.
